Packing Boxes

How to prevent any delays or damage to your shipment

Here are some tips to ensure that you've covered all aspects when it comes to packing your shipment.

Stronger Boxes

1. Quality is advised

Second hand boxes may be too loose. Ensure your box is firm and rigid and in the best possible condition.

2. Don't leave any empty space

Stacking strength is reduced when too much padding is used. Avoid using boxes that are too big for their contents. Doing so ensures nothing is crushed.

3. Heavy packages

Boxes can weigh up to 70kg without a pallet, remember to put a "HEAVY" label on boxes over 23 kg.

4. Seal with an H shape

Make sure to use proper sealing tape and use a H pattern on the top and the bottom. Consider using strapping for heavier boxes

5. Clearly label your package

Don't fold labels with barcodes over edges. Remove any old labels and affix the new label on top and ensure it's visible.
